Disclosure of information regarding infected cases

(It’s a super rough sketch of what I want to further look into)

I was eating ice-cream for dinner in my bed and a friend texted me and complained about not being informed enough about the situation in Germany (Berlin) and said HK is doing way better than disclosing information and transparency about the corona virus.

Therefore I did, as all geeky person would — hop out of bed and drill into the information disclosed by the German government and media regarding the infected case and compare it with what I see in Hong Kong.

As I was doing so, I noticed something — in Germany only the district of where they are from are disclosed, and occasionally with the place they have visited, i.e the name of the club; however, the information regarding their visit or other information, i.e. how they got infected, are seldom provided.
